Nan’s First Five Cents

Welcome to my readers! I’ve been wanting to set up a blog for almost two decades. Finally, with a little help from one of my dear grandchildren (and the magic of technology), here I am! I’m excited to share the thoughts and observations I’ve accumulated over a lifetime.

You see, I’ve always had something to say—whether about history, life, or those little moments that spark conversation. It became a running joke among my friends: "Nan always has a comment!" And even when I thought, “Oh, I really shouldn’t,” they’d say, “No, please, it’s interesting!” So, this blog is a joyful way for me to share—and I hope you’ll enjoy my two cents, or rather, my five cents—on all sorts of topics.
